Slate currently operates two REITs, both of which are listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
Slate Office REIT (SOT.UN) is our vehicle for public market investors to take advantage of the value we are finding in the Canadian Office Market. Slate Retail REIT (SRT.U/SRT.UN) is our vehicle for investing in the compelling value we see in U.S. grocery anchored retail shopping centres.
In keeping with our "shoulder to shoulder" investment philosophy, Slate is a significant investor in our REITs to ensure we are always aligned with unitholders.
