Billie joined Slate in 2019. She is responsible for the management of all Human Resources functions and duties, including overseeing personnel policies, hiring processes, compliance audits, benefits, and salary administration.

Billie holds a Master of Arts from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Iowa.
