Irina joined Presima in 2018. She serves as a North American specialist on the investment team. She is responsible for analytical tool development, financial modeling, property-level underwriting, management underwriting, and macroeconomic analysis.

She joined the financial industry in 2007, working as a sell-side analyst in Moscow. She has also completed an internship at PSP Investments within the private equity and external managers’ search groups.

Irina holds a Master of Finance from HEC Montreal and a Master of Business from the University of Utah.
