Maxence joined Presima in 2017. He is currently serving as a Generalist on the investment team. He is responsible for analytical tool development, financial modeling, property-level underwriting, management underwriting, and macroeconomic analysis.

He joined the financial industry in 2012. He started his career as a Manager at Laurentian Bank of Canada.

Maxence holds a Master of Science in Administration from HEC Montreal and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Concordia University.
