Zohaib joined Slate in 2018 and currently leads portfolio management of Slate’s Canadian Opportunity Funds. Zohaib’s role involves acquisitions, dispositions, debt financing, investor relations and oversight of asset management. He previously held a similar role at Slate Office REIT.

Prior to joining Slate, Zohaib worked in real estate investment banking where he was responsible for strategic advisory work and capital raising.

Zohaib holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration Degree with Distinction from the Schulich School of Business at York University.
