Slate European Real Estate Fund I/II/III
Slate currently manages three European-focused private equity funds which invest in a diversified portfolio of grocery real estate across Germany. Grocery real estate plays a critical role in the last mile logistics of food distribution.
Each of these funds target well-performing, high yielding grocery-anchored assets and Slate uses a hands-on asset management approach to increase portfolio value through leasing and store modernizations. Since 2016, the portfolio has grown to more than 250 assets, have excellent credit profile with the majority of rent derived from four tenants who are amongst the top 25 largest retailers globally. Slate puts its fundamental value investing philosophy to work on behalf of its partners by acquiring assets that others often overlook. We always invest significant capital alongside third-party investors to ensure an alignment of interests.
