Sitting on a half-acre site in Toronto’s Downtown Yonge east area is 100 Lombard— a mixed-use tower that envisages a vertical urban village defined by the creative re-use of a heritage asset and the introduction of a new animated public space. The redevelopment will include modern office space, retail opportunities at grade, and unparalleled residential suites and amenities. The building’s amenities—indoor and outdoor spaces located throughout the tower—are strategically placed to encourage a sense of community and engagement among the building’s residents.
