We invest in underperforming or overlooked essential real estate across North America and Europe, executing a focused buy-fix-sell strategy. By acquiring assets at an attractive basis and executing hands-on, value-add initiatives – including strategic repositioning, lease-up programs, and targeted capital improvements – we seek to enhance operational performance, drive cash flow growth, and position assets for attractive exits.
Private
Our Core-Plus strategies target high-quality, income-producing essential real estate in North America and Europe, focusing on grocery-anchored retail, healthcare, and logistics assets that meet the everyday needs of communities. These Core and Core-Plus investments deliver durable cash flow, with minimal operational disruption and are positioned for long-term value creation. Through proactive, hands-on management, we seek to extend lease terms, drive rent growth, and preserve the lasting quality and performance of each asset.

We manage one publicly listed investment vehicle on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) that owns and operates U.S. grocery-anchored real estate.
