Chris joined Presima in 2007; he is a Global Portfolio Manager. His role involves investment decision-making and portfolio construction for Presima’s global real estate securities strategies and is responsible for stock coverage within the European region.

He joined the financial industry in 1999, in a role with Cordiant Capital, where he managed an emerging market portfolio. He subsequently took on a role as director of Capital Markets Group with CBRE in Montreal.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University and is a CFA® charter holder.
