Jeff joined in 2022 and leads Slate’s infrastructure funds and investment strategy.  Jeff is a member of Slate’s Infrastructure Investment Committee and oversees origination and asset management for Slate’s infrastructure platform in North America.

Jeff is an infrastructure specialist with over 18 years of experience, including 13 leading principal investments. Prior to joining Slate, he was a Managing Director at DIF Capital Partners and a key member of the senior leadership team that led the successful build-out of DIF’s North American platform. Prior to DIF, Rodgers worked for prominent infrastructure development companies Plenary Group and Bilfinger Project Investments.

Jeff earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Chartered Business Valuator.
