Megan joined Slate in 2022 and is responsible for supporting the investment team in the Midwest, Mountain West, Southwest, and West Coast regions of the United States.

Prior to joining Slate, Megan was a Vice President for Pearlmark with responsibility for analyzing new equity and mezzanine debt investment opportunities, raising capital for equity transactions and Pearlmark’s mezzanine debt fund, and providing asset and portfolio management support for existing investments. Prior to joining Pearlmark, Megan was a Senior Analyst for the Chicago Regional Debt Team of MetLife Real Estate.

She holds a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Spanish from Amherst College.
