Ryan joined Slate in 2023. He is responsible for the origination of debt investments for Slate Real Estate Capital.

Prior to joining Slate, Ryan worked within The Bancorp’s Real Estate Bridge Lending Team where he was responsible for analyzing new origination opportunities and providing asset and portfolio management for existing investments.

Ryan graduated from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
