Tess joined Slate in 2023. She is part of Slate’s two-year Analyst rotation program and supports all aspects of Slate’s business over the course of her rotation.

Prior to joining the team, she interned on the accounting team for OMERS Private Equity and Bloom Burton & Co., and within the audit department at Deloitte.

She holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
