Slate manages and invests in diversified portfolios of grocery real estate across Germany. Grocery real estate plays a critical role in the last mile logistics of food distribution.
We target well-performing, high yielding grocery-anchored assets and use a hands-on asset management approach to increase portfolio value through leasing and store modernizations. Since 2016, our portfolio has grown to more than 200 assets, with credit tenants and the majority of rent derived from four tenants who are amongst the top 25 largest retailers globally. Slate puts its fundamental value investing philosophy to work by acquiring assets that others often overlook and invests capital alongside its third-party investors to ensure an alignment of interests.
